Villa Development

The next stage of the Savusavu Marina Village is the development of 130 luxury waterfront villas. Situated in a 15 acre gated community, along 1.5 kilometers of waterfront, each villa boasts absolute water frontage and offers stunning views of Savusavu Bay. Every villa comes complete with a private mooring with a minimum draft of 1 metre(3.3 feet) in the inner bay and a minimum draft of 2.5metres(10 feet) on bay front villas.

The Villas are available for individual sale, and owners also have the option to lease back the villa to be managed by Savusavu Marina Village as part of a hotel. The hotel facilities including swimming pool and leisure facilities are available for villa owners.

The development is ideally situated, in close proximity to the restaurants, cafés and retail outlets. The airport and seaport are just 5 minutes away and offer regular services to Suva and Nadi.

Savusavu is on the main trade winds route across the South Pacific for yachts and purchasers of villas may keep their vessels in Savusavu free of the current 27% import duty. Savusavu is the first upwind Port of Entry for yachts in Fiji and well positioned as a base to cruise the extensive islands in the North eastern areas of Fiji..

Savusavu bay is a much feted boating location, blessed with strong trade winds, calm waters and breathtaking scenery. Excellent deep sea fishing grounds are just a half hour away whilst world famous diving and snorkeling is nearby. Just a five minute boat ride will take you to the Marina Village’s private Mutuku beach, 500 metres of white sandy beach accessible only from the sea.

The Villas range in size from 2 to 3 bedroom villas with 6 different floor plans that reflect the individual needs of guests. Every villa comes fully furnished and equipped to a luxurious international standard.
